Initial setup

Client branding and logo

Your personal brand shows up in three places that really matter: the admin header, the marketplace cards when somebody browses your classes, and the exported PDF of each profile. Taking care of these three points sets you apart.

Your brand inside the admin

The top header shows your avatar and full name at all times. Anyone using your computer (assistant, trusted student) sees it. Use a recognizable avatar and your real or stage name, the one you market yourself with as an instructor.

Your brand in the marketplace

Every class you publish for sale in the marketplace shows:

  • Class title (this is why descriptive titles like "Viva México Ride - September 15" sell better than "New class").
  • Duration in minutes and segment count.
  • "Created by" with your full name as you have it set in Settings → Profile.
  • Your avatar next to the name.
  • Dominant energy zone for the class.

If you plan to sell classes, set up your profile (name, last name, avatar) before publishing. You can't change the author of an already published class — only what's rendered, which updates with your current data.

Your brand on exported PDFs (Advanced plan)

The PDF in Spinning Profile style carries a logo in the header. That logo is the client's logo (usually your studio or your personal brand), not the Profiles.fit logo. This lets you hand off a PDF that looks homemade with your identity.

  1. For studios, the logo is configured at the account level from the organization admin area.
  2. For individual instructors, the first PDF you generate uses a placeholder; email contact@profiles.fit with the logo you want (transparent PNG, at least 500 px wide) and we'll load it into your account.
Logo specs PNG with transparent background. Minimum width 500 px. Horizontal (wider-than-tall) proportions look best in the PDF header. Avoid tiny text — it'll be printed at reduced scale.

Branding tips

  • Consistent name across your social media, Spotify and Profiles.fit.
  • Same avatar everywhere you teach (Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplace).
  • Memorable class titles: ones with a theme (Valentine's Day, Bad Bunny, Father's Day) sell better than generic ones.
  • Short bio: not displayed in the marketplace yet, but we're adding it soon. Keep one ready.
